Chinese Grand Prix Preview

The Chinese GP is set to be held in Shanghai this weekend and I have a feeling that Jenson Button and Brawn Mercedes will once again come out on top, especially now that the FIA have found in their (and Williams and Toyota’s) favour in regards to the rear diffusers. In the first two free practice sessions the Brawn’s have been at the top of the time sheets, with only the Williams Toyota of Nico Rosberg (after a one lap flyer) and both the Red Bull Renaults looking like challenging them. Sadly for those who are fans of the manufacturer teams, Ferrari, Renault, BMW Sauber and McLaren Mercedes all struggled for pace.

Here are my predictions for the race…

1 – Jenson Button – Brawn Mercedes
2 – Rubens Barrichello – Brawn Mercedes
3 – Timo Glock – Toyota
4 – Sebastian Vettel – Red Bull Renault
5 – Mark Webber – Red Bull Renault
6 – Jarno Trulli – Toyota
7 – Nico Rosberg – Williams Toyota
8 – Kimi Raikkonen – Ferrari
